"Thanksgiving" is a piece composed in Paul's minimalistic piano style. ?When composing the music for this particular piece, I thought of my family and other friends who are missing loved ones during one of the most beautiful holidays in America," explains Cardall. "Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on all our blessings. Gratitude produces humility, which I believe is strength under control. Grief certainly brings us to our knees. When my younger brother died while I was in the midst of heart failure and waiting for a heart transplant, a family member went to inform our grandmother. They found her on her knees thanking God for the gift and blessing of knowing her grandson.
