This collection contains 33 new children's songs for ages kindergarten through third grade. The collection is designed to appeal to children in all age groups, as is especially indicated in the table of contents. Musically the songs - many with refrains and suggestions for playing games - are ideal for children and are similar to folksongs. The songs encompass a wide range of themes, including animals (dinosaurs too), games, fairy tales, stories, the body and the senses, living, hiking, the circus, songs with gags which can be performed .... The cheerful tone throughout these songs finds its counterpart in the rich, colourful illustrations. A true picture book.

The Sinfonia in D major (BR-WFB C 8) was probably composed in the mid-1750s during Bach's tenure as organist and Director Musices in Halle. Evidence shows that it was used as the instrumental introduction to the Whitsun cantata Dies ist der Tag (BR-WFB F 13 / Fk 85). However, this is not a piece characterized by the church style, hence a separate performance in a secular context is not only possible, but was probably intended by the composer. Score and parts available separately - see item CA.3230400.

A Little Klezmer Suite was commissioned by Rushton Park High School to celebrate the 50th anniversary of their band programme. They gave the premiere in a virtual online concert in October 2020. Klezmer music originated inthe ‘shtetl’ (villages) and the ghettos of Eastern Europe, where itinerant Jewish troubadours, known as ‘klezmorim’, had performed at celebrations, particularly weddings, since the early Middle Ages. 'Klezmer' is a Yiddish termcombining the Hebrew words ‘kley’ (instrument) and ‘zemer’ (song). The roots of the style are found in secular melodies, popular dances, Jewish ‘hazanut’ (cantorial music) and also the ‘nigunim’, the wordless melodies intoned bythe ‘Hasidim’ (orthodox Jews). The melodies used in the four movements of A Little Klezmer Suite have traditionally been used in Jewish wedding ceremonies and celebrations. A Little Klezmer Suite wurde von der Rushton Park High School in Auftrag gegeben, um den 50.

A blast from the past with a message built to last! This song of hope and love originated as the 1970s Coca-Cola jingle, considered one of the best-loved and most influential ads in TV history. It's a catchy anthem with a rock-side-to-side hook, a bubbly tune, and a few delightful counterlines. Universal themes of music and world harmony fit well on many programs---school, community, winter, spring, pop, pyramid, and more. SoundTrax and SoundPax accompaniment options are available.

This arrangement captures the anticipation, arrival, and celebration of the holidays through the use of sacred and secular carols alike. The piece opens with a quiet setting of O Come, O Come Emmanuel, then continues with a colorful and energetic rendition of the Ukrainian Bell Carol before drawing the piece to an exciting conclusion against a cacophony of ringing bells.
