Heiner Wiberny wrote this melodious and rhythmically spirited compositon for his son Julian. The Latin-Influenced piece was inspired by his collaboration as multiinstrumentalist with the WDR Big Band in Cologne during productions with Paquito D'Rivera, Bob Mintzer and Andy Narell.
