SATB chorus & piano - Grade 3 - Digital Download SKU: IZ.VMW171 Composed by Angela Salvaggione. Score. 11 pages. Imagine Music - Digital #VMW171. Published by Imagine Music - Digital (IZ.VMW171). 8.5 x 11 in inches.Musically, the text gives indication as to the style of each verse. The first verse's gentle, flowing feel is the comfort of knowing we've been walking a path together. The second verse, a bit stronger, with the full choir entering, builds this comfort and joy of common experience. The third verse, with its darker text, should also have a more misterioso feel, but don't let it drag. Our parting is approaching. The fourth verse should have a lighter, more sparkling feel, with streams and snowflakes and growing understanding that though what may seem final is not, merely a new way of being. The resoluteness of the fifth verse reflects the strength of knowing that the path we have shared together regardless of our proximity, and gives us strength and joy in knowing that our lives are bettered by our shared experiences. The coda, beginning in measure 95, brings us back to a more settled feel, as we are comforted by the memory of those shared experiences. By the final bars, we arrive at a restful state, comfortable knowing that though time has passed and circumstances have changed, we have been blessed by what we've experienced together.

Piano Solo - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1460309 Composed by Darío Estrella. 21st Century,Chamber,Classical,Jazz,Multicultural,World. Score. 108 pages. Editorial Copistas Acuario #1039240. Published by Editorial Copistas Acuario (A0.1460309). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------In 2012, there was a lot of talk about the Mayan calendar and an interpretation that caused a great impact worldwide for its fatalistic omens. However, I understood that these Mayan Prophecies, beyond preaching destruction, enunciated the beginning of a new world, one that all of us must build. I was inspired by the theme and decided to write 31 compositions, one for each day of the month of December —a practice I have maintained ever since, this past December being my 11th consecutive year. Now, in 2024, the team of the Fundación Copistas Acuario —chaired by my friend and disciple Samuel Beethoven,— honors me with the next edition of piano compositions, after having also published my book “A ti Estudiante” in 2019. Each of the pieces presents a distinct and different proposal. Each title is allusive to the corresponding day according to the almanacs and often in connection with numerology. It is an interesting book to study and expand the repertoire, but above all it seeks to raise the interpretative capacity. I have always tried to send a message of life through my music, and in this work I also wanted to express the fascination and amazement that this ancient and mysterious people cause me. It is said that this people disappeared, given they claimed to come from the stars, specifically from the Pleiades; perhaps they returned to their cosmic origin in the same way they came. Let us, then, also be embarked in this fascinating musical journey that we present to you today!

Score. 9 pages. Amanda Tero #772646. Published by Amanda Tero (A0.1172421). Delight your late beginner students with three exciting hymns in level 2 sheet music solos. These are specifically arranged for the students who like a little bouncy touch to their hymns.Great for church services or recital for both piano students and piano teachers. This works well for the smaller church offertories that only need about 1 minute of piano playing. This piano sheet music is equivalent to most Level 2 or ABRSM Grade 2.6 pages total. 1 piece in F. 2 pieces in C. Musical elements in Brethren We Have Met to Worship Note values: whole notes, dotted half notes, half notes, half rests, quarter notes, eighth notes Note reading: bass clef C2 to F4, treble clef Bb3 to A5 8va RH reading bass clef RH over left hand Accidentals Ties Finger numbers Practice tips for Brethren We Have Met to Worship The most fun–and hardest–part of this arrangement is the right hand, measures 11-14. The right hand is not only reading bass clef, but is reading the lowest notes in the piece of music. This is a great place to start. Additionally, the left hand for the first page is an open fifth the entire time but changes on the second page. So it may be beneficial to start learning the left hand intervals on the second page first. Musical elements in I am Resolved Note values: whole notes, half notes, quarter notes, eighth notes, eighth rests Note reading: bass clef C2-E4, treble clef C4-E5 Drop-roll (slur-staccato) Staccatos Moving left hand Accidentals LH octave reach A lot of thirds Broken chords Practice tips for I am Resolved While the left hand starts with a catchy left hand pattern, it does get more complicated for the chorus, starting in measure 11. It would benefit the student to focus a little extra attention on the rapidly changing notes of the left hand for the chorus. While the chorus is harder, it does feature repetition, so have the student identify the measures that are the same. Musical elements in Standing on the Promises Note values: whole notes, half notes, half rests, quarter notes, quarter rests, eighth notes Note reading: bass clef C2-E4, treble clef C4-C6 Fermata Staccatos Accidentals Chromatic scale LH octave reach Practice tips for Standing on the Promises If your student doesn’t know their chromatic scale yet, this is the perfect piece to teach it to them! If they already know a chromatic scale, then they will be able to easily master the last two measures. There is a solid left hand pattern that will be beneficial to help the student analyze. If they figure out the pattern it will make learning easier.

Christian, General, Benediction, Multigenerational. MP3. Celebrating Grace - Digital #841072. Published by Celebrating Grace - Digital (C6.841072). In this flowing, multigenerational anthem of peace, Mary McDonald begins with the well-known Dona Nobis Pacem with optional treble and youth choirs. The SATB choir explores the Colossians 3:12-15 text, which provides a sense of blessing and mission as we share Christ's peace and love. The treble and youth choirs return, singing the Latin in an interplay with the SATB choir and optional congregation. The piece concludes in a soft Amen and pacem. An optional violin part is included providing another layer to this beautiful blessing.

B-Flat Clarinet,Piano - Level 1 - Digital Download SKU: A0.548510 Composed by Wade. Arranged by James M. Guthrie, ASCAP. Christian,Christmas. Score and part. 4 pages. Jmsgu3 #3388105. Published by jmsgu3 (A0.548510). O Come All Ye Faithful arranged with new harmony for the final verse. Score: 3 pages, part: 1 page. Clarinet in Bb. O Come, All Ye Faithful O Come, All Ye Faithful is an English translation of the Latin Christmas carol Adeste Fideles. No one knows exactly who wrote it. One theory holds that King John IV of Portugal (1604–1656) wrote it. Another theory says John F. Wade or John Reading wrote it. Nowadays, we usually attribute it to John Wade. Seems like the oldest manuscript from 1751, is owned by Stonyhurst College in Lancashire. Lyrics The English translation O Come, All Ye Faithful was certainly written by Frederick Oakeley, a Catholic priest in 1841. This translation is probably the most common in the English speaking states. To begin with, the hymn had only four verses. Later, the verses grew to eight. Music directors often cut various verses because otherwise, the song goes too long. Some believe that St. Bonaventure wrote the first Latin lyrics. Others hold that King John IV of Portugal is responsible. Yet even others think the Cistercian monks wrote them. King John IV King John IV of Portugal was called The Musician King. He became king in 1640. In addition to performing the duties of a king, he was also a composer and music journalist. King John built a very large music library. Unfortunately, the library was ruined in 1755 because of the massive earthquake of Lisbon. In addition to building his library, the king started a Music School that produced many accomplished musicians. The king also worked diligently to get instrumental music approved by the Vatican for use in his churches. Aside from his authorship of Adeste Fideles, he is famous for another popular choral setting of the Crux Fidelis, a prevalent Lenten hymn. Performance in Context Verses are sometimes left out because all eight verses would take too long to perform. More to the point though, some of the verses may be unsuitable for whatever of the church calendar they are intended. The eighth verse deals with the Epiphany, so it makes sense to sing this on Epiphany Sunday, but not other Sundays. Similarly, other verses are used according to whether the event is Midnight Mass or regular daytime Mass.
