Ce nouveau violon représente la nouvelle référence en terme de qualité de son et de confort de jeu. Avec un poids de 500 gr seulement, équivalent à celui des violons acoustiques, le SV-255 permettra aux violonistes de passer facilement de leur violon acoustique au nouveau violon Silent. Il est équipé d'un système innovateur de double micro : 1 micro intégré dans le chevalet t 1 micro piezo qui se situe sous le chevalet. Il est possible d'équilibrer le volume entre le micro chevalet et le micro piezo, grâce à un bouton situé sous le violon et ainsi de faire un mixe entre les qualités de son électrique et la richesse de son acoustique. Le boîtier externe (D.I.) a été spécialement étudié pour la scène ou le studio.
