This arrangement is an energetic march that provides a spirited setting for the familiar 'bell' melodies of the season. The main tunes featured are Carol of the Bells I Heard the Bells and Jingle Bells but you will also hear several other tunes woven into the music.

You can almost hear the bells ringing throughout the countryside in this beautifully scored old English carol. The familiar melody is skillfully passed around different sections of the band for a great deal of variety and color. An excellent addition to your library for many seasons to come.

Familiar seasonal tunes include Good King Wenceslas Adeste Fideles Jingle Bells It Came Upon the Midnight Clear The First Noël Deck the Halls and Hark! the Herald Angels Sing. An optional short coda reduces the playing time to approximately 4:00. A handsome full score and judicious rescoring of the upper woodwinds makes this an ideal alternative for community bands looking for new sounds in a classic yet familiar style for their December programs.
