In 2012 we heard that our son Laurens had an agressive
form of bonecancer (Ewing sarcoma). In march 2015 he
died on the age of 17, after a battle of almost 3
years. He had chemo, lots of chemo, radiationtherapy,
lots of radiationtherapy and operations in those three
years. I wrote down some of my experiences of those
three years in this Sonata. This work has been recorded
