Very little is known about Silvio Hein other than he was an American composer of popular music who was born and died in New York. Probably his best known and most popular work was He's A Cousin Of Mine (1906). Of ragtime interest are his Midnight Whirl Rag (1913) and Saronoff Rag (1913).
