Anton Lauritz Nielsen ( 5 May 1827 in Sneslev near Fuglebjerg - 6 March 1897 in Øster Skerninge ) was a Danish author .
He graduated as a teacher from Jonstrum Seminarium in 1848 . Nielsen made his debut in 1860 with the short story En Mormonhistorie in the short story / short story collection Flinchs Almanak and subsequently debuted in book form with the book Fra landet published as short stories in 3 volumes in the years from 1861 - 1863 .
He has written The Shepherd Boy ( 1861 ) which i.a. used in literature teaching at the high school level . />
In 1857 he married Inger Elisabeth Gøtzche.
