Dancers are happy and have fun. But not tango dancers.
With stern, serious faces, they glower at one another
as if in battle. We imagine they just met and the
attraction is intense. Inconveniently, they learn the
world is about to end, but as luck would have it, they
are wearing their tango outfits. So, one Final Tango.
But which tango music should they choose? Well, why not
this one?
Caros gives me that rose-between-the-teeth flavor, esp. because of the slower tempo and minor key. It is so well-crafted, Charlie. I think you?re really onto something here. Ernesto might be the Scott Joplin of the genre, but you are definitely a worthy disciple. And the care you have taken with the scoring is always something I enjoy about your compositions. :)
