Lars, Your gracious commentary is so appreciated. I am grateful for the positive response to this and other compositions I've posted here. It encourages me greatly.
You have fully captured the image of falling snow.... so peaceful and serene. Don't know if I'm laying it on too thickly, but with each of your consecutive compositions that you complete and post, I am consistently impressed with your abilities. Your chordal structures are always spot-on on, and the way you compose is always so intriguing. I like the modulation and the time signature changes.
ALREADY, I would like to encourage you to build upon what you have done for piano, and make it a work for solo instrument (trpt) and organ. There is SO much opportunity to integrate long chords that will provide a solid base to what you have already captured. I will email you.
