Rabl and rsquo -s Quatuor à cordes en mi bémol majeur pour clarinette, violon, violoncelle et Piano, opus 1 remporte le premier prix en 1896 dans un prestigieux concours des jeunes compositeurs, parrainés par la Tonkünstlerverein de Vienne (musiciens and rsquo - société) qui, Johannes Brahms a été président honoraire et un juge de la compétition.
